Mrs Brigitte Kasper

Brigitte is more than a trustee - she’s a relentless advocate for dignity, fairness, and human worth. With decades of experience at the World Health Organization and Berlin’s Social Services, she’s navigated complex systems to champion the most vulnerable.

But it’s her quiet strength and unwavering compassion that define her impact. Brigitte has a deep love for Tanzania and Zanzibar, and she uses her sharp coordination skills and heart for justice to ensure that no one is forgotten and that every initiative is rooted in empathy and equity.

"I believe every person - no matter where they are born - deserves dignity, compassion, and the chance to thrive. Tanzania holds a special place in my heart, and I am honoured to serve its people through action, not just words."

Mr Juhudi Kinyaka

Juhudi grew up in Dar es Salaam, and that’s exactly where his wisdom begins. Fluent in Swahili and English, he brings deep local understanding to a global vision - ensuring Global Connect remains grounded in the real needs and rhythms of Tanzanian communities.

His background in the British Army and logistics gives him a unique edge: the strategic skill to move resources efficiently and the leadership to ensure everything we do is locally relevant and sustainably executed. Juhudi is our compass, helping us walk respectfully and powerfully within the communities we serve.

The Surgeon with a Vision. The Educator with a Mission.

Dr Mathias Nagy

Dr. Mathias Nagy isn’t just an orthopaedic surgeon - he’s a man driven by purpose. Based in York, UK, with a heart that beats for Tanzania, Mathias has operated in some of the country’s most underserved regions - Dar es Salaam, Kilimanjaro, and Zanzibar - bringing healing where it’s needed most.

He holds international qualifications in trauma and orthopaedics, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and a respected trainer of surgeons across Europe through his leadership in FORTE. But beyond the accolades, Mathias is a teacher, a mentor, and a man who believes that every nation deserves world-class healthcare - delivered by its own people.

His dream? To build a teaching hospital in Tanzania, raise up local medical leaders, and prove that sustainable healthcare begins with shared knowledge and human connection.

"Real impact happens when knowledge meets compassion. My dream is to help build a generation of Tanzanian doctors who no longer have to leave their country to receive world-class medical training."
